Mental health paint party

The event is to have a mental health week paint party work shop this will involve having group conversations about the nutrition we consume, the movement of our bodies, the health of the planet, quality of our housing and neighbourhoods that all plays a part in building healthy communities and individuals, we will discuss these topics and what are our opinions about this, how it makes us feel, what it means to us as an induvial, and what we can do in the future to make these things benefit us in our everyday life. Then everyone be will be given equipment to express themselves and their feelings through creating a painting. This will be a relaxed open event to all community member. Snacks\nibbles provided $15 per person.
