Estuary Womens Wellness Walk - Mental Health Week Special Edition
As your Eco Certified Guide & Accredited Holistic Counsellor, I invite you to join me and your co-therapist "Nature", on a Womens Wellness Walk, providing an opportunity for women to disconnect from the busyness of their lives, and reconnect with other like-minded women in an empowering Nature Based setting. It is a chance to prioritize your wellbeing, share you experiences and inspire each other to continue to embrace self-care. These walks allow women to nourish their bodies, refresh their minds and forge lasting connections👣 Time: 10am start, 11.30am finish approx (Please allow extra time if possible) Location: Osprey Waters Reserve, Erskine Exchange: $25, includes a 90min wellness walk, wellness activities & light refreshments (Price excludes credit card fees. Bank transfer available to avoid fees) If you’ve ever taken a long walk with a close friend and talked about the struggles and or highlights of where you are at in your life, you get the gist of Womens Wellness Walks. These walks provide opportunities that foster connection and community with like-minded women where you can share your experiences, seek advice, and offer encouragement to one another with the added bonus of a little bit of movement which often enriches the wellness walk🤲 We will meet and begin our walk at Osprey Waters Reserve in Erskine. A combination of both the vibrant blues of the ocean and green spaces of the local park, this is the best of both worlds for your Estuary Edges Wellness Walk. Gathering together as women we are given a chance to ignite our wild side, reconnecting with nature strolling leisurely, with conversations flowing freely, creating a supportive and empowering atmosphere🙏 Each walk concludes with a joyful gathering, where we come into circle feeling lighter, recharged and reenergized, ready to reintegrate back into the Tamed World🌿
This is a public event open to the whole community.
