This free event is for anyone looking to take a step towards improving their mental health, with physical exercise being a great way to reduce levels of stress and anxiety. The dance fitness class is focussed on fun and aimed at all levels of fitness. Light refreshments will be provided for the following mingle session. Get moving, get involved and prioritise your mental health!
