FREE Wellness Walk - Lake Joondalup

This nature-based wellness experience is designed to relax, rejuvenate, and support your mental well-being through mindful engagement with the natural world. Enjoy a peaceful journey along the lakeside as we guide you through activities that foster a deeper connection with nature and inner calm.
Experience Includes:
Guided mindfulness walk led by an experienced and certified nature therapy guide. Sensory mindfulness practices to enhance your connection with the environment. Gentle reflection and community connection to encourage shared experiences and growth. Personalised and intimate experience - limited to 10 participants. Complimentary herbal tea and snacks.
