Green Flags Only: Respect & Relationships Workshop

Are you aged 16-25 and are bored of chats about mindfulness and wellbeing? Do something different this Mental Health Week and join us for a free evening of discussions about healthy relationships and sexuality.

For some reason we always talk about our mental health, physical health and sexual health separately. But let’s be real - our mental health can be so tied up with our relationships with others, and our own bodies, so let’s talk about it!

During this workshop we’ll give a comprehensive overview of consent and communication. We know not everyone had amazing sex-ed in school, so we'll aim to fill those gaps!

The session, designed and facilitated by WAAC and Freedom Centre, will be inclusive and focused on harm minimisation to support healthy, informed choices.

Town of Victoria Park acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land and respects past, present and emerging leaders, their continuing cultural heritage, beliefs and relationship with the land, which continues to be important today.
