Project Peaceful Mind - Kids Yoga Workshop
This interactive Kids Yoga and Art Workshop supports growing bodies and minds with engaging Yoga and Mindfulness activities to empower mental health. Facilitated by a certified trauma informed Yoga Educator, we will explore different topics such as Anxiety, Stress, Sleep problems, healthy bodies, self-esteem and friendships/support networks. The PreTeens will walk away with a toolset of activities to help nurture their mind and body on and off the mat.
Strictly limited spots. Registration is essential!
