Mother & Daughter Dance for Connection Workshop
Tribal Belly Dance is a fun, relaxing, expressive and low impact exercise developed by women for women. This dance format creates a unique sisterhood, moving together for physical, emotional and spiritual health. In this session led by local Belly Dance teacher, Beck Tichbon, learn some of the basic Tribal dance moves and how to use them in duets. Other connection activities will also be shared. This session is perfect for Mums and their teenage daughters to enjoy together. No previous dance experience is necessary. Bring your Mum, daughter or other woman that you are close to, some clothes you can move freely in and an open heart and mind. Morning tea is provided on arrival then the session begins at 10:30 am. Lunch is also supplied. This is a free event, but registration is essential.
This is a public event open to the whole community.
