Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES Course)

The Youth of nowadays face many diverse challenges. On this course they learn simple practical tools to manage their mind and emotions. Through interactive processes facilitated with trained teachers the course is more experiential then a concept. Benefits include improved self-esteem, self-confidence, better focus and improvement in inter-personal relationships etc.
