Happiness Program - Breath and Meditation Workshop
Interactive sessions, 4 consecutive days, Thur/Fri 6:30pm-8:30pm Sat 1:30pm-4:30pm, Sun 12:30pm-4:30pm. Registration required, all sessions compulsory. Free weekly sessions on completion of attendance.
