Roleystone Community College Mental Health Week

The week commences with Years K-2 completing a Happiness thread activity (paper plates with drawings about what makes them happy and threading them together). The rest of the week is planned activities for all students (K - 10) covering mindfulness, being active and positive contribution. Teachers will be provided with a Wellness Bag from Happiness Co and Wellness Station including a selection of products, healthy consumables and podcasts to mange good mental heath and wellbeing. The end of the activities conclude with Happiness Co delivering engagement workshops for our students in Years 3 - 10.
