Chocolate Mindfulness Meditation
The Chocolate Meditation is a simple and enjoyable way to practise Mindfulness that can be done anywhere, anytime, with a small piece of chocolate. It is a form of mindful eating that focuses on the experience of eating chocolate. We run this workshop for free at multiple organisations. Due to its popularity we have created this resource to share with everybody and invite people to practise mindfulness to increase their overall wellbeing.
This is a public event open to the whole community.
