THRIVE - supporting emotional wellbeing for people seeking and maintaining meaningful employment

You are invited to THRIVE with Neami online for 7-weeks, starting Monday 9th October!

THRIVE (Training Hub for Readiness and Inclusive Vocational Engagement) is a free peer-run, online learning program which supports people to address their mental health whilst seeking and maintaining meaningful employment.

In addition to online learning modules, people who enrol can choose to participate in three (2.5-hour) online group workshops, as well as three (1-hour) individual coaching sessions with a Peer Support Worker. There are also opportunities to connect with others experiencing similar challenges both through workshops and online discussion boards.

Topics covered include:

Understanding your Strengths and Interests Gaps in Resumes Building and Customising your Resume Interview Skills Safe Disclosure during Interview and in the Workplace Your Legal Rights Workplace Communication

To be eligible for THRIVE, you are aged 18-65, you’re thinking about looking for work or already working, and have access to the internet.

Enrolment to the program is open every 2 months, until April 2024. Registration is accepted via Neami’s website or by emailing your name, phone number and the state (e.g., VIC.) you reside in to: [email protected], or call 0419 313 158. Once registration is received, a suitable time to complete enrolment will be arranged with you and can take as little as 15 minutes.

THRIVE was created to meet the unique needs of your personal employment experience, wherever you may be.

This is a public event open to the whole community.
