'Spine Health, Brain Health, and other unloved parts' with Dr Carlin

Come join the discussion of Mental Health with Dr Simon Carlin from Carlin Chiropractic in his talk 'Spine Health, Brain Health, and other unloved parts' where he will discuss the connection between the mind, body and Mental Health.

Mental Health Week is a national week celebrated each year in October scheduled around World Mental Health Day on 10 October.

The theme of Mental Health Week for 2024 is 'Mind. Body. Environment.' Mental Health Week (MHW) provides a prime opportunity to address and highlight the important connection between social determinants and mental health; and promote effective prevention strategies to keep people mentally healthy.
