Morning of Mindful Ease & Self Care at Heart Place
The intention of our Mindful Rest session is to introduce you to rest as a practice and healthy habit to support your mind-body as well as your connection to land. Regular practice especially as a group strengthens the pathway to deep rest. Deep rest is a natural ability however in todays busy world we often forget how or lose the habit. Deep rest is essential for wellbeing and helps to prevent allostatic load and accumulation of stress as well as enhance wellbeing.
We begin the class with little processes and practices that help trigger the para-sympathetic nervous system, this can be unique for everyone so there is always an alternative and we practice with a trauma informed awareness. Come Join us and make rest a habit.
