Mental Health week 2023

It is becoming essential and important to look after ourselves and are focusing on our body, mind and environment. With the ongoing busy life style, it is crucial to recognize and prioritise the importance of taking care of our mental health. Organizing the mental health week event with a special guest, Dr. R. Santhanakrishanan MIE, MA (yoga), M.Sc. ,Ph.D. (Psy) for giving a speech about mental wellbeing. He is an experienced Psychologist and yoga teacher. The session consists of three segments speech, slide show with practical examples and ending with laughing therapy. The last 15 minutes plan to have an interactive session and feedback. This will be a good idea to reach to all types of people and allow us to effectively manage stress and anxiety in our day today life. Understanding how the body, mind and environment intersect is essential to overall wellbeing.
