🐎 RAINING IN RESILIENCE DAY RETREAT 🐎 With Celtic Connections Date: 19th May ~ Sunday 9am - 3pm $125pp inc food, drinks & an array of holistic healing activities. 🌻 PROGRAM SCHEDULE… 🌻 9-10am 🐎 EKE Meet & Greet the horses 🐎 Learn about what Equine Assisted Therapy is & the benefits. Explore the ancient symbolism of the Celtic Roots many of us have. This creative day you will form kinship with our horses and go on an eclectic journey with Celtic symbolic art, self expression, learn about yourself through reiki, sound meditation and equine therapy. We will commence your journey with meeting the EKE horses, an informative display about Celtic symbols and a delicious morning tea.

10-11am 🧘‍♂️ Sound Meditation session 🧘 Then you will relax out in nature absorbing a sound meditation session with the comfort of soft mats or chairs. The sounds will bring your vibration to a higher frequency and euphoric feeling to truly embrace the rest of the day’s activities.

11-12pm 🙌 Reiki with horses & humans 🙌 Followed by Reiki with the horses self awareness will empower you to draw on your intuition for your everyday life and let go of stressors that are holding you back from achieving your dreams.

12-1pm BBQ lunch & chill time

1-3pm 🍀 Celtic Art Workshop 🍀 Finally we will go deep into the past of Celtic culture that many are either from of drawn to understand. You will be given all the tools to create your masterpiece. No art skills required there is opportunity for tracing or going freehand with your subconscious mind and share with the horses and others your interpretation & awareness you have learnt from the incredible soul soothing experience.
