We’re here to support you and our community with holistic healthcare for your mind, body and spirit, helping you to reconnect with yourself, and feel grounded and inspired.

Open Day Schedule: • 9:00 - 4:00pm Open House - Informal chats with our practitioners and “Conversations on the Bench” with Chris • 10:00 - 11:30am Breathwork & Heart Meditation (with tea afterwards) with Geraldine • 2:00 - 2:45pm Men's Mental Health mini masterclass with Chris • 3:30 - 4:00pm Group Sound Healing Session with Patrick • 4:00 – 5:00pm: Tai-Chi class with Binglei
