Moving for Men's Mental Health
Social basketball game for men, start important conversations about men's mental health & sweat it out in a safe, inclusive environment.
Join us for a social basketball game designed specifically for men, a chance to get active, connect with others, and start important conversations about men's mental health in a safe, inclusive environment.
This event is about using movement as a powerful tool to reduce isolation, create pathways to community and mental health services, and promote overall wellbeing. After the game, stick around to share some food & continue building connections.
Men’s Talk will be there with Monty the Man Van, offering support and information. All abilities are welcome, come for the game, stay for the connection.
