Tara is a clinical psychologist with nearly two decades of experience in mental health, including the past seven years as a registered psychologist. Her work across public, private, and community settings — along with her own lived experience — has shaped a curious, compassionate presence and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s story and the many paths healing can take.

She is particularly interested in supporting neurodivergent individuals, people healing from trauma, and those navigating eating disorders and body image concerns. Tara is a sex-positive, kink-affirming, LGBTIQA+ ally, who draws on narrative therapy, schema therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and other relational approaches. Tara attends to the needs of each person with care, curiosity, and intention.

Tara offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and safe to be themselves. She understands that seeking support can feel daunting, and brings a gentle, collaborative approach that meets people where they are. Guided by trust, respect, and the belief in each person’s capacity for self-determined change, she works alongside clients to explore patterns, reconnect with values, and move toward the change that matters most to them.

This is a public event open to the whole community.
