Dance off Stress (Zumba Fitness)
In this Zumba fitness workshop, the topic of mind, body, and environment can be incorporated by emphasising the importance of holistic wellness. The instructor will encourage participants to be mindful of their bodies and movements while dancing, and to focus on their mental and emotional well-being as well.
The environment of this workshop is also considered, e.g. the venue is spacious and well-ventilated with good lighting and music to create a positive and energising atmosphere.
Additionally, the instructor will introduce the benefits of regular exercise and healthy lifestyle choices for overall wellness, including the mind, body, and environment.
This is a public event open to the whole community.
