Thrive Fest 2026 – Taking Control in the Face of Change

Join Rise Network for Thrive Fest 2026, a free Mental Health Week community event celebrating connection, wellbeing, resilience, and community inclusion.

Aligned with the 2026 Mental Health Week theme, "Taking Control in the Face of Change," Thrive Fest provides an opportunity for community members, families, young people, service providers, and individuals with lived experience to come together in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

The event will feature a variety of interactive community stalls, wellbeing activities, live music, free food and refreshments, lawn games, and opportunities to connect with local support services. Attendees are encouraged to explore practical strategies for maintaining wellbeing, build social connections, and learn about services available within their local community.

Whether you're looking to connect with others, access information and supports, enjoy a fun day out, or simply celebrate Mental Health Week, Thrive Fest offers something for everyone.
