Exercise for Mental Health Week
To celebrate Mental Health Week and to shine a spotlight on mental health in our communities, 360 Health + Community will be hosting a free exercise session at Swan Districts Football Club to help you get moving and socialising with other people in your community.
The exercise class is completely free and will suit all levels of fitness and ability. No equipment is needed, just bring a water bottle, a hat, some sun block and be prepared to get your heart rate and your body moving.
The exercise session will be delivered by 360 Health + Community's ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Aloysius (Alo) David. Alo holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Western Australia (UWA) which he completed in 2022.
Throughout his studies, Alo worked for Thriving in Motion - UWA's exercise rehabilitation program for special needs children and young adults. He has also completed placements at Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, UWA Exercise and Performance Centre, Stride and Redimed.
Alo holds a special interest in psychology, cardiac rehabilitation, worker's compensation and complex conditions.
This is a public event open to the whole community.
